Why core banking projects fail

Many different systems are in operation in a bank’s IT landscape. To some extent, they are interconnected via interfaces and use various programming languages. In view of this, changes are difficult to implement. It takes a lot of investment to keep this type of system, which has developed over time, in operation or to replace it with a completely new system. We would like to recommend a third option. Our project approach ‘Continuous Renewal’ focuses on using existing potential and optimising a system by implementing modern, innovative technologies.
